Restorative Yoga - Sunday evening at 7PM

Reconnect, relax, and reinvigorate your body and mind.  Restore your body before your week begins…welcome balance back into the body and mind.  Restorative Yoga uses props to support the postures; when the body is supported, the body is able to relax and open, releasing tension and stored-up toxins.  So bring your body into complete surrender, allowing the mind to quiet, the breath to flow fully, and welcoming reflection as non-essentials fall away.  Restorative Yoga is beneficial at any age, during pregnancy and for anyone recovering from injury, surgery, or illness.
