SoniYoga, founded in 2007, is dedicated to a joyful practice of yoga. Rather then following a regimented series of postures, our practices will flow like water laughing down the stream bed from one pose to another. We will pay attention first to our breath and then to proper alignment to increase body awareness, flexibility, strength, and coordination. We will try to challenge you in each practice to go a little further, to try something new, to learn something new about yourself.
Each of our teachers brings their own joy of yoga to the core hatha yoga practice and are all very experienced, which we believe offers the best foundation for building a safe, healthy and unique yoga practice.
