Yoga Classes

Yoga seeks to give the student mastery over their body, their mind, and their emotional self. Yoga exercises not only keep your body healthy and in shape, but your mind as well. The focus always begins with the breath. Bringing awareness of and control over your breath is the gateway to controlling your body and your emotions. From there we move to awareness and growth of our spirits, connecting us with a broader reality.

At SoniYoga our focus is on Hatha Yoga, the root of all asana-based yoga practices. We offer a variety of levels or intensity of Hatha yoga to allow you to find one that fits you best. We are also delighted to be able to offer classes in Kundalini, Anusara, Yin?yang and other yoga styles. All classes are intended to be accessable to all levels of students. Advanced students can learn new things even in a basic class, and new students will benefit from seeing more experienced students practice. So choose which ever type of class your body, your mind or your spirit is calling for today. Come, smile, grow.
