YOGA BOOTCAMP :  Tuning up Body, Mind and Spirit
Dust the slumber from your sleepy self and start the day off right with a vigorous yoga wake-up to strengthen and invigorate  your body, your mind and your spirit.
 
Each month David and Tom will lead a Monday, Wednesday and Friday yoga practice from 6 to 7am for 4 weeks to strengthen the physical body - developing flexibility, increasing the metabolism, eliminating toxins; and balancing the mind and emotions through an exploration of the chakras and energy systems.
 
Why call it a bootcamp? Because a bootcamp is a transformative experience when, in a short period, you can erase old unhealthy habits and create a new person. So jumpstart your day, season, and lifetime! You won't believe the changes that can take place in 4 weeks!
