SoniYoga is focused on these objectives. Founded in 2007, SoniYoga offers programs for all fitness and age levels. We have 25 classes per week ranging from strong and vigorous to gentle restorative. Our staff are all highly trained and certified by the Yoga Alliance. We are also certified by the International Yoga Therapy Association.

Employee Discount
o Your employees will get single classes for $13, 13% off our normal single class rate, and 10-class passes for $120.
o Your employees will get a 10% discount on Ayurvedic diet consultations.
o Your employees will get a 10% discount on massage services.
On-Site Classes
o We can provide one of our certified instructors for on-site classes.
o We would ask for a commitment of at least 1 class per week for 3 months.
On-site Lecture
o We can come to your facility and do a special 1 hour presentation/demonstration as an introduction to yoga and Ayurvedic health science.
o There is no cost for this.
In return we ask that we be listed in your employee benefits package, posted on benefits bulletin boards and included in benefit emails to your employees.
