I first stumbled upon Vinyasa yoga as a way to get fit but soon found that a blossoming desire to move and breathe brought me back onto my mat every day. As my own practice developed, I realized that teaching yoga and immersing myself in it more fully would bring me the most joy and fulfillment.

I have studied with and been inspired by Shiva Rea, Baron Batiste, and Simon Park and earned my certification with Jaqueline Heisel of Frog Lotus Yoga in 2007. My classes encourage students to listen to their own bodies as a way of making the practice of yoga accessible to everyone. Each session is unique – they can be challenging when needed, restorative when desired, modified and adapted to suit the individual student. We bring our own experiences into the studio and together explore yoga's wonderful benefits, which we can then carry into our daily lives. May the light in us all shine brightly.
